DOOR DELIVERY BY FOOT
L' { } delivers by foot or bike once a week. It means that, depending on timing, yours will be delivered in the two weeks following your order (unless your item is made to order). If there is nobody on the premise at the time of the delivery, the package will be left at the door. L'{ } is not responsible for stolen goods.

POSTAL DELIVERY
In most cases, mail shipments will be done using the local post services. You will receive a tracking number by email. L'{ } is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
Some small items could be sent without tracking in order to offer you better prices. In this particular case, l'{ } will be responsible for lost items.

TAXES & CUSTOMS FREIGHTS
L'{ } is not responsible of taxes, customs or import freights. You have to inform yourself about those and pay the due amounts.
L'{ } won't take charge of items stuck at the border and won't reimburse shipping on packages sent back to Canada.
"MADE TO ORDER" or CUSTOM
These items will be sent according to the specified delays mentioned in the item description. If added time is needed, you will be notified by email.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Unless the item is defective upon arrival, l'{ } doesn't do reimbursements.

You have 2 weeks after delivery to contact us for an exchange. Some items are final sales, be vigilient (ex. on sale items, custom items, socks, etc.)
Since a lot of items are unique or limited, the exchange parameters will be discussed on a case by case basis.

Shipping costs implied in returning your items are your responsibility.
​
L' { } is not responsible for lost or stolen returned packages.
​
An item returned in bad condition won't be exchanged.

OBVIOUSLY, it is of the utmost importance for me that you are satisfied and happy with your purchase. Since life doesn't always fit in a box, you can contact me if there is a problem and I'll do everything in my power to accommodate you in a way that still honours my time and work. :)
